How do I use my adviser’s booking page to arrange a meeting?

To access your adviser's booking page, please enter the following URL into your web browser:

https://zcal.co/adviserfirstname_advisersurname

For example: https://zcal.co/nick_rolf

  1. You will be presented with four options for a 30-minute or 1-hour meeting, either virtually or in-person.

  1. Once you have selected your preferred meeting type, choose a date and time.

  1. Enter your name and email address in case we need to contact you prior to the meeting. If multiple people will be attending, click the + Add Guests button to add their email addresses.

  1. Finally, click Schedule Meeting to confirm your appointment.

  1. You will receive a calendar invite in your inbox once the meeting is scheduled.
