How do I reset my Transact password?

To reset your Transact password, please follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Transact website using the button below.

  1. On the homepage click the Forgotten your password? link.

  1. Input your Transact number, email address that you would've used upon registration, and mobile number.

  1. Click the Next button and you will receive the below message.

If you do not know your Transact number, please contact us either via secure message on the IQ Wealth app or contact us using the link below.

  1. Providing the email address matches what Transact have on file, you will receive an email from noreply@transact-online.co.uk. Click on the hyperlink within the email.

  1. You will be redirected to a page requesting a security code which you should have received on your mobile. Add the code and click Next.

  1. Input your new password and click Submit.

  1. This will confirm the password has been successfully reset and you will receive an email to confirm your password has been updated.

  1. Go back to Transact and enter your Transact number and new password to log in.
