How do I reset my password?

Please note that password resets can only be done using the IQ Wealth web app and not the mobile app.

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Log into IQ Wealth using the button below.

  1. Click on Problems logging in? located below the Login button.

  1. Click on the here hyperlink in "If you have forgotten your password".

  1. Add your username, which should be the email address you registered with.

  1. Click on "Reset your password".

  1. You will receive a confirmation message and an email with the password reset hyperlink.

  1. Click on the hyperlink within the email.

  1. Input your username and the answers to the two security questions you chose during your registration.

    2. If you cannot remember your security answers, please contact Investment Quorum.

  1. Click on Validate Answers.

  1. You will be taken to the new password page. Enter your new password, ensuring that it is more than 7 characters long and contains at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 numeric character. The strongest passwords also include at least 1 symbol (e.g. !, ?, #, &).

  1. Click on Reset password.

  1. You will receive confirmation that your password has been successfully changed and an email confirming the update.
