How do I reset my 7IM password?

To reset your 7IM password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 7IM login page using the button below.

  1. Enter your username, which is typically your email address, and your password.

  1. If you do not remember your login details, click the Forgotten password link below the password box.

  1. Provide your email address and click Reset Password.

5. 7IM will send you an email containing a hyperlink. After clicking on the link, you will receive a text message with a code sent to your mobile number linked to the account. Enter this code on the password reset page.

6. Once you have entered the code from the text message, you can reset your password.
