How do I change my security questions?

Please note that updating your security questions can only be done on the web app and not on the mobile app.

To update your security questions, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to IQ Wealth using the link below.

  2. Navigate to the Me section.

  3. Click on My Account.

  4. Select Change my security questions.

  5. Choose two new security questions from the dropdown box prompts

  6. Once you have selected your new questions, enter your current password and click the Save Changes button.

  7. Your responses will be updated, and you will be asked to provide these answers in the event of a password reset.
