Operations and Technology Manager
Charlotte has been at IQ since 2016 and started her IQ journey as a Client Services Administrator.
She has slowly been moving into various positions over the years and recently, she has undertaken the role of Operations and Technology Manager as she has a keen interest in computers and enjoys learning how to use new pieces of software and how these can integrate with IQ.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys reading and using her annual membership to watch as many films as she can at the cinema.
