To reset your device, you must do so from your IQ Wealth web app. We cannot reset it for you.
Please follow the steps below:
- Log into IQ Wealth using the hyperlink below.
Log in to IQ Wealth
- Click the Me icon on the top right hand side of the page.
- Choose “My account” from the dropdown menu.
- Select “My device logins”.
- To the right of the device details, there should be a padlock icon. Click it.
- The mobile device should now be unlocked and you should be able to log in using your PIN.
