To reset your 7IM password, follow these steps:
- Go to the 7IM login page using the hyperlink below.

- Click the Forgotten password link which is below and to the right of the password box.
- Provide your email address and click Reset Password.
- 7IM will send you an email containing a hyperlink.
- After clicking on the link, you will receive a text message with a code sent to your mobile number linked to the account.
- Enter this code on the password reset page.
- Once you have entered the code from the text message, you can reset your password.
