How do I reset my PIN? (mobile app)

To reset your PIN, you must do so from your mobile device. We are unable to reset it for you.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the IQ Wealth app on your device and select Manage Accounts.

  1. On the Accounts page, next to your profile, click Delete in blue.

  1. Confirm that you wish to remove the user.

  1. Re-register your device by clicking the Continue button.

  1. Enter your username (which should be your email address) and the password you created upon registration. Click Next.

  1. Enter and confirm your new PIN.

  1. Click Register to set your new PIN.

  1. Once registered, you will be taken back to the homepage.
