Please note that updating your security questions can only be done on the web app and not on the mobile app.
To update your security questions, follow these steps:
- Log in to IQ Wealth using the link below.
IQ Wealth Login Page
- Navigate to the Me section in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Click on My Account.
- Select Change my security questions.
- Choose two new security questions from the dropdown box prompts.
- Once you have selected your new questions, enter your current password and click the Save Changes button.
- Your responses will be updated, and you will be asked to provide these answers in the event of a password reset.
