Petronella focuses on providing personalised financial planning and investment solutions.
Petronella says the fun starts when, based on the close relationship of trust, she can start solving what her client perceives as a problem.
Petronella wants her clients to experience amazing and excellent service and feel inspired by the journey Petronella sets them on, exceeding expectations and promoting success.
Outside of the office Petronella is heavily involved in Charity work, specifically working with Sierra Leone based charity, Street Child.

Jeremy Sharman
Having studied Mathematics at Oxford University, Jeremy worked as a strategic management consultant at LEK Partners before becoming a director at SGWarburg & Co. He subsequently was a director at Mercury Asset Management and was one of the founding partners of HgCapital, a private equity firm with some £13billion under management. He has also chaired a number of boards in the finance and consumer sectors and has founded two charities.

Chief Investment Officer
Peter Lowman
Peter is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, a Director of the company and an integral member of our investment committee. Prior to joining Investment Quorum, Peter was a Vice President and Private Client Executive for Morgan Stanley Quilter, subsequent to that, he spent thirty years at Cazenove & Co where he primarily worked as an Investment Director for Cazenove Fund Management Limited, and was also the Fund Manager for the Cazenove Global Equity Fund. Peter is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and is regularly sought for expert opinion by the investment press.

Nick Rolf
Chartered Financial Planner MSc MCSI
Nick joined Investment Quorum in 2013, having spent the prior nine years working in global equity markets, both in London and Hong Kong.
Areas of expertise cover: investment advice and tax planning for private clients and trustees, estate and trust planning, retirement planning and pension advice, individual and corporate protection.

George Steger
BA
After graduating from Exeter University in 2012, George worked in the wine industry for two years, managing retail stores. George joined IQ in November 2014 as an Intern before spending six months working in the Operations Team. George then took the opportunity to become a Wealth Manager and is enjoying interacting with clients and assisting them with their financial planning.
Outside of work, George enjoys playing tennis, football and golf and still has a passion for wine.

Dan Sharman
Dip PFS ACSI
Dan joined IQ in September 2018 after leaving Oakham School in 2016. Dan decided not to attend University and instead took this time to study towards his professional examinations. Dan is motivated to continue his development and is enjoying working within the financial services.
Outside of the office Dan has a keen interest in keeping fit, playing golf, tennis and music. He is also a qualified ski instructor.

Lisa Ryall
Lisa has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, 16 spent working for a major retail bank, the last 7 of which were as branch manager in a number of branches. Lisa has been with IQ for 12 years, originally working as part of the discretionary services team as well as providing support to the directors and subsequently securing the role of Head of Operations. Lisa enjoys working as part of a small, effective team where great pride is taken in our high level of customer service.
In Lisa’s my spare time she enjoys reading, films, cooking and has recently taken up running again.

Paul Goodrich
Paul entered the industry in 1972, working for Lloyds life before moving to Halifax in 1985. It was here that Paul first met Petronella. After leaving Halifax in 2000, and a brief move to Network Data, Paul joined Investment Quorum. Paul is still here many years later and although his role is at times challenging he still derives great satisfaction from delivering the highest of service standards to clients.

Stephen Daly

Stephen is chief investment officer’s investment assistant, helping Peter in the implementation of our internal investment process, portfolio construction, and fund selection. Having initially graduated from the University of Stirling, Stephen went on to work for Old Mutual Wealth. Stephen worked in a variety of operational roles within the company over a 7 year period before moving to London in 2014.
Stephen joined IQ in November 2014 and initially worked as part of the Operations Team. He enjoys working within a small team with a real passion for delivering excellent customer service to all our clients
In Stephen’s personal time he enjoys reading and keeping fit.

Charlotte Goodrich
Charlotte has over 10 years’ experience in administration mainly within the NHS. Her passion for client interaction has helped her easily transfer her skills to the Operations team at Investment Quorum.
She has now been at Investment Quorum for 2 years and is still learning everything the finance sector has to offer whilst enjoying her busy and varied role as the Acting Operations Manager.
In her spare time Charlotte enjoys reading and going to the cinema

Kerrie Winter
Kerrie worked previously for 4.5 years as an IT recruiter in the finance sector, wishing to be more involved in the financial industry Kerrie found IQ and the rest is history. Since joining us just over 2 years ago, when she was bought on board to join the growing and busy operations team, she has learnt a huge amount from supporting the financial adviser team and being a direct contact for all clients and is now one of our senior operations staff.
Kerrie is an avid Gym goer, enjoying yoga from time to time and of course an all-important chocolate brownie just to keep the balance.

Rhianne Whight
Rhianne has worked in a client focused role for over three years within an accounting and finance training provider, which has led her to want to widen her knowledge within the finance sector.
She joined IQ in June 2018 and in her short time here, the team have been very warm and welcoming making it easy to settle into the IQ family. The team are always willing to lend a helping hand to understand the wealth management industry.
Rhianne has learnt that this is a fast paced environment and is going from strength to strength.

David Abbott
TD BA FCA FPFS
David first qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser working in the accountancy profession and professional training. He has since worked in the financial services industry for over 24 years; firstly at the industry regulator, then prior to joining IQ in September 2018, at a national compliance consultancy firm.
Outside work, he runs a ‘Uber-like’ taxi service for his teenage children!

Practice Accountant
Dawn Steed
Dawn is the Practice Accountant and works closely with the Board ensuring compliant financial operations and that budgets and financial reporting is accurate, up to date and available to the Auditors when required.
Dawn has been working with Investment Quorum almost since the company formed and really like working with the team. They work extremely hard on behalf of their clients but always seem to find time to have a little fun outside work too.

Chartered Tax Adviser
Doug Warwick
Having joined Inland Revenue in 1982, Doug then joined a national accountancy firm in 1985, subsequently working for various firms until, in 2003, Doug set up his own firm offering a private client service specialising in Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax issues. Doug is very involved as a consultant to Investment Quorum’s clients as a Chartered Tax Adviser giving all manner of tax advice and support.
